How do I know I'm having Braxton Hicks contractions?

Your belly gets tight for a few minutes.

Chug some water- they should ease up..

My BH hurt. Pretty much felt like true contractions but I knew they weren’t because they were very inconsistent and went away if I drank water.

@just.dulce, well drink a good size glass of water and lay down. If you notice a consistency, call your doctor right away
