Having tight cramps trying to walk around but nothing helping

Have you try to lay in the bathtub with warm water? That should help with your cramps.

Sorry, hope the walk didn't make you dialate. You still on bedrear or did they lift it n let you off.

At my app i wasn’t dilated but just got cramps @autism.mommy,

@livinglife, I know walking can cause dialation. Hopfully it didn't.
