Anyone had their tubes removed during csection? Or are considering it?!

yea im geting mine tied and not removed bc if i decide to have more kids in the future I can get them untied

@ambergrice1120, I was told not to get it tied, because you still can have a tubal pregnancy, and to get them removed completely. The tubes being tied only take an additional 5 min though, and the removal could take 30min. I just want it all to be over and done with quickly. I had such a horrible experience with my first daughter .

@schwabs2017, That’s exactly what my doc told me too! But I don’t want to sit there for another 30min for them to take the tubes out. But it’s worth it because my hubby and I don’t want anymore kids. He’s willing to get a vasectomy. I have only a few more days to decide yay or nay

I am having mine removed. It helps reduce the risk of ovarian cancer later on. My mom recently had that and had a hysterectomy for it.

I don't know about removed, but I want to get mine tied after my baby I'm not having c-section though.
