Can you get a negative on a pregnancy test if you're early in pregnancy and don't use fmu?

@breeajohnson86 have you had any symptoms? You could've ovulated late and your period is just off from that?

@boymamaof1 my last period was March 17th. So idk I have slight pulling in my lower abdomen and my nipples hurt and my nipples never hurt when I get my period and I don't even know when I ovulate. I stopped trying for a baby after I got my period last month.

If you are second guessing if you are pregnant or not and are already late, I would make an appointment with a doctor to get blood work done.
