My current situation. An honestly I don't know what to do about it, I've talked to her so many times already. she does it while I'm there an she gets worse when I'm not home. I need some advice

It seems like he's putting it all on you for one and that's not fair and might actually be making things worse. Not trying to be judgmental thats just what it seems like based off what little info i know about the situation. What did he do after she slammed the door? Cause that definitely warrants some kind of punishment.

@c.briscoe yeah maybe sit down with him and decide on appropriate punishments and really make sure you guys are on the same page, cause unless he shows that hes also an authority figure then theres not much you can do about what she does when you're gone. Thats just my opinion though.

I agree with @tibi2696, he has to put his foot down too. My girl is only 2 and she knows how to shift dad on anything.
