I was in the super market and heard that at the doctor they ask you what you would do with your placenta if you want them to make it to pills or a smoothie after birth so that you can eat it hmmmm really I can't do this it's just omg to me but I guess everyone has their own view of it and it can be beneficial

@girlmom., it helps with breastfeeding ?? I always have trouble producing milk. I just don’t know if I could take it down I herd about putting it in capsules too, but I don’t know where to buy them!
