It's amazing to see how once a child turns two all the new vocabulary they start using. I see it not only with my child but also my students. When I get a new student who just turned two they don't speak as many word but once they are in my class for a few months they start to talk sentences. One of my students new sentence is "uhmm teacher can you please give me some privacy I'm going potty." It made me smile because everytime I take a child to use the bathroom I always tell my other students, "please exist the bathroom because our friend needs privacy while he/she goes potty." Not only do my students now tell me to leave because they need privacy but they also tell other students they need privacy.
