anyone else suffered with bad lower back pain after having an epirdural? My little one is 7months old and the pain is just getting worse😪 any tips on how to help?

Yes me to. Especially if I stand for to long. Don’t have any tips though I’m afraid but just wanted u to no ur not alone xx

I was diagnosed with acute sciatica on Friday and being seen again tomorrow. My physio told me to put two pillows for arms and to support my hips and bump in the middle and to lay like that for 5-10 mins it helps loads. X

@charlotte7cordell, I don’t get pain in my legs just my back and hips. A nice warm bath helps xx
