Ladies with children similar in age to my son who is 8. What time do you put them to bed?

@ezchaz ah ok he goes to bed at 8. Just wondering if it was to early as I'm having a nightmare getting him to go to sleep. He has adhd so it's a battle anyway but more so over the past two weeks xxx

7pm but sometimes he asks to go earlier, he is 7 this month x

@ezchaz Shower supper DVD or story depends on behaviour then sleep xxx

@melanie-spiritmedium my little man has never been an early sleeper 😭....but being pregnant I'm one tired mummy. More so than usual xxx

@ezchaz definitely wish Ashton would do that. It's a fight and argument every night. It's exhausting xxx

@pearce5443, Aww my girl has never been an early sleeper but my boy loves it, in the winter he’s asking to go to bed from 4pm when it starts going dark lol my girl would stay up all night if I let her x

My step daughter is 8 and she goes between 8-8:30pm. They say stop anything with a blue light (tv) ect and keep things calm. You probs know that already but hope this helps x

@ezchaz yeah I'm thinking if he wants a DVD it's bed at 7 so he can have an hour of DVD. Then it's off at 8 story and sleep. @nicola_nadine I've tried no tv etc but he is out every 5 mins relentlessly until I go to bed and even then he doesn't sleep until early hours of the morning and comes in and out my room. @melanie-spiritmedium I think Ashtons main issue is at the moment is that it's still pretty light when he's going to bed. And even though he can tell the time I think he thinks I'm tricking him xxx

@pearce5443 i let my kids have tv before bed i dont think it matters, have you got blackout curtains or blackout blind? X

@nicola_nadine blackout blind and curtains 😂🤣 he peaks outside to see if it's dark lol!! Xx
