@quincysmommmmy_, the undies I got were from wal mart 😅 and the belly band I got off amazon. It’s super comfy! Let me see if I can find it online for you - I already have it packed my hospital bag

This is the belly band I got. it’s super soft, very stretchy, and all 3 parts come separate so you don’t have to wear all of them at once if you don’t want too.

I didn’t wear one after I had my other girls and regret cause I have a pooch at the bottom of my belly 😩 not cute! It also helps with back pain, and you’ll feel contractions (it’s your uterus going back to normal size) after you have baby and it will help relieve that pain.
