I gave birth in July and I literally just wore pjs out of the hospital lol it depends on what you want, really.

I'd wear a loose dress and a sweater

Mine was comfy clothes sweats & a sweater

mine was leggings and a comfy blouse.

I just wore leggings and a T-shirt it really depends on how your feeling

With my first son (delivered in June) I wore a dress with compression shorts underneath.. with my second (delivered in July) I wore yogas & and a tank top.. what are you leaning more towards?

A one piece maxi dress or maxi skirt with a tank top.
