@thequeen That's what I was gonna ask. And you're grown so do wtf you want. If you live with them that's fine but at that point to have to determine if taking care of him is worth losing a stable home for your kids so if you don't have an alternative, safe place to be...listen to your parents within reason. Just because you live with someone that does not give them control over your life, especially as an adult. Obey them when it comes to coming in and out of the house, helping financially if that was agreed upon but they don't run you.

@thequeen, @nsc199008, I’m staying with them until our house is ready but now they don’t want us around him because he’s apparently doing drugs. My step brother who used to hang out with my husband told them a bunch of BS and they went ahead and believed my step brother and have been accusing my husband of doing drugs. They are putting a criminal trespassing order on him for no reason. They said they will take my kids away from me and force me to sign over my rights to my kids because he’s apparently not “safe”.

@juliam27 unless they have proof they can't do that . You will not lose your kids . So best believe that . Do you have any other family members to stay with or friends to stay with until everything is ready?

@momofboth, no I honestly don’t. I’ve already asked my grandma and she told me no. Im stuck here staying with my parents. They don’t have any proof he’s doing drugs they are judging him by his appearance.

@momofboth, thanks. I’ve been telling them if his toxicology report comes back clean every time we go to the hospital then that must tell y’all something but nope they think I’m just full of crap.

@momofboth, I told my mom okay the next time he calls me telling him to take him to the er or to meet him at the er then y’all are coming too so I can prove to y’all he’s not on anything.

@juliam27 As long as he's not on drugs then you have nothing to worry about. There is no way a court can take your kids if you are both fit parents.

@nsc199008, he’s never done it. He’s been around t his whole life because if his family. They have been to prison for it or deported and he was left in foster care until he was 10. He said he would never put his family through what he went through.
