it’s recommended to get a flu jab while pregnant.. did anyone ACTUALLY get one?? i really hate…

@ezchaz, i did have one booked but about 40 seconds before i was gonna leave, lots of water started pouring through the roof in my cupboard 😭 so i should really book another one then 🤦🏻‍♀️ i know i’m not excited about that part!

I've never had any with any of my pregnancy I looking it all up and its actually not as safe as they tell you I have also not given my youngest 3 there immunization this is my personal preference and have my reasons for it we are all fine and healthy xxx

I did and whooping cough! It was over in 2 seconds- just don't look and you'll be fine! Xx

A needle is nothing compared to the amount of blood they take from you, trust me, i am terrified of needles and the jabs are nothing, the flu one u dont even feel, the whooping cough is a bit stingy but its over so fast and its totally fine straight after. I have no bruising or swelling or anything! There deffo worth getting just to be on the safe side. 😁

I had my whooping cough and was going to have my flu jab done at the same time but was told I didn’t need it because flu season was over 🤷🏼‍♀️ xx

I got the flu jab back in December and instantly regretted it! 😣 it was my first one ever and it didn't go well with me at all. I ended up off work for 2 days. And my fever got so bad that I was hallucinating! I'd never been as hot behind the eyes in my life. Me, personally, never again xx

Yes I did they do protect your baby!! hun it takes too mins I hate them aswell u slowly will get used too needles as you need blood taken as well in pregnancy xx.

@clarelushx, i have a heard a few other folk saying he same thing like gets worse before it gets better.. my mum said she never ever had one and us 4 turned out ok 🤣

@mistybabie I won't be having another, that's for sure. I hadn't been as ill as that in years. And with the temperature my body was at, I don't think it was all that safe for baby either. I think it was a rare bad reaction though xx

No I didn’t get mine they didn’t have any jabs left anywhere here so I thought I’d be ok as flu season is over ha xx

I did as my auntie had really bad flu and was hospitalised during my pregnancy. I didnt feel the flu one at all and i hate needles.
