Prenatal is for you, not him. He takes nutrients from you, so the prenatal is to help replenish. As long as you’re eating well, you should be ok. I couldn’t take prenatals cause no matter what I tried I couldn’t keep them down, and my son was huge

@lizibear84 at my last appt I was measuring a week behind, so I'm a little worried.

@caysensmommy its normal to measure up to 3 weeks ahead or behind. Don't worry to much as long as baby is growing

@caysensmommy, due dates and gestational age are all estimates. Unless you had ivf and know the exact date you conceived, it’s impossible to know exactly how old he is. As @mommytotheo said, give or take 3 weeks is fine

@lizibear84, I thought prenatal was for the baby and that it prevented spinal bifida??

Good thing is, at my last check up appt, baby's bones and such were growing properly. My Dr had no concerns.

I feel the same way but if his growing normally and your tiny it just sayin you have a lot of room in your torso. I went t a Lamaze class and a lady who was 9 mo looked like she was 5 mo she said her doc said she just had a lot of room and plus she was y’all
