@candacefoster36 sounds like it's going slow with my last baby I had to be induced and I couldn't relax cause it was so painful I finally got my 1st epi lol but it helped me relax so my body could do what it was ment to

@sheletamgeorge, I was with my first baby @ 38 weeks and I went all natural with her and this one there trying not to but may have 2

@sheletamgeorge it's different for everyone but it makes ur contractions worse cause it's forceful rather then ur body isn't doing it on it's own it was my worse labor but don't let people talk down to u for using any form of pain relief
