Ok im 10 weeks and im having really bad cramps pretty much like period cramps but they dont last long and are very intense is that normal??

could i be having a miscarriage
So ive been having stomach. Cramps that come and go like im on my period i have not been bleeding or having any fever just the cramps. Is this normal? Its my first pregnancy and im 4weeks and 2 days
