I ran a mile today without stopping! Training is paying off! My head hurts though 😒

@corasmommy12517 lol it's hard! When I first started I could barely run the straightaway on a track. I eventually worked my way up to half the track then 3/4th then one whole lap. I kept adding on and finally today after 2 and a half months I ran a mile. I'm training for A 5k which is 3 miles, its May 5th.

@corasmommy12517 lol yeah it's hard work. I train every other day and I had a 2 week setback a month ago due to the flu so I had to start all over with running the straightaways again
