Consider hanging something playful, colorful and distracting around your next while changing her butt and she’ll focus on that more and not the act of getting her diaper changed and that should help

Mine did the same and after getting a wipe warmer I highly recommend it.

I used a wipe warmer until 5 months and he would actually stay asleep for his early morning diaper changes. Made it easy to get him fed and back to sleep with no issues. Now that he's 6 months he doesn't mind so much but sometimes I can tell he doesn't like them cold

Mine was the same way! Nothing could calm my guy. But I think it was around 2 months he stopped crying and started to relax.

She'll grow out of it lol. I had special toys for diaper time. My son could hold them and be occupied.
