My baby just turned 1 in Jan and we been sitting her on the potty after each and every time she eats and she’s been doing great . She likes sitting on the potty and she pees and poops with no problem every time . I just put her fav show and sit her on down and get her up when it’s over usually a 30 min show and she does not cry or whine . She takes her own diaper off when it’s full and walks to the potty and pats at the closed lid on it for me to sit her down . If I ask do she gotta pee pee she pats her diaper and run to her potty . She’s just doing amazing and I’m hoping by the time she’s 2 she can tell me when she has to use it on her own 🤞🏾

@sweetestsin120, thanks I’m just so amazed because training my son was sooo hard . I don’t think he was trained until 3 or at least that’s when he started going to the bathroom without crying and whining . It was just so hard . Even though she’s not trained or anything just the fact that she uses it when I tell her too has me thinking she won’t be as hard

@prestonjeanetta0120, She inspired me to start my little one early when the time comes lol. My stepdaughter is almost 2 and I want to potty train her so bad but her mom has no idea what she’s doing so it’s hard trying to teach her things when she’s not doing them at her other house 🙄

@sweetestsin120, awwe yea you should I think 1 is a good age even though some say it’s too early . I think to get them familiar with it early makes it easier when it’s actually time and they’ll be trained faster . And yes it’s not going to work if her mother is not doing the same thing at home . Maybe you should talk to her about it and get her on board if she’s willing to listen and try too
