Is it bad that my son snores really really loud 😕 I try everything by adding more pillows to turning him on his side he’s snores with his mouth close 🤔 he’s only 4 and him and his sister share rooms his snoring is so loud he wakes her up from her sleep at times ;/

Maybe try no pillows? It’s not bad he’s just a bear lol 😴

@derricksmama_104, my mom suggested to make him a doc. Appointment but I’m just not sure I guess that’s how he is lol 😕 I hope he grows of it I’m gonna feel bad for his future wife lol 😂

Snoring is a symptom of sleep apnea and enlarged tonsils and adenoids. Does he grind his teeth when he sleeps?

My sons brother snores terribly when he was 3 and 4 yrs old and he had a sleep study. Come to find out he had really bad sleep apnea and his tonsils and adenoids were so huge his oxygen levels would drop to the low 70s. Got his surgery and 2 days later he said he could smell things better and breathe better too and he never snored again.

I used to snore really bad and then my doctor said I needed to get my tonsils and adenoids out, and now I don’t snore at all!!

Time to see and ear,nose throat specialist. My 3 year old used to snore so loud. Had his tonsils and adenoids taken out and now he doesn’t. Gets much better quality sleep.
