So ladies i need help ASAP...TMI......i was getting ready for bed and as im laying down i get this horrible pain on the top of my belly like when u have the poops and my son gets super hard...so i go and sit on the toilet and nothing so i get nauseous and i puked..but the pain is still there and my son super hard so i sit on the toilet and i go number 2...pain is horrible and my son still hard but also moves around...pain goes and comes and its painful i went number 2 like 3 times already...i try walking it off but it hurts so bad and its only the top of my belly...
