Do what I do. Knock on that window and ask them how much longer you have to wait and that you can't be there all day because they want to play around. The girls(not women) at my doc office sit back there and congregate. They don't like when I come there and I wait more than 20 minutes past my appointment time. 🤣
@jane.austen64, my OB has a sign that said if you're waiting longer than 30 min to let the nurse know. and i would walk up and be like "i'm gonna be seen right? how much longer?"
@bre_ seriously about to do that. Lol like I've been saying switching doctors after my daughters birth! Waiting has not been the only problem with their staff.

Well they have never gone this long! So idk. :( they close in 50 min so they have to call me in. My appointment was at 2:30.

@boymamachronicles the guy that does the ultrasounds came in 30 minutes late!! Literally the last one. Lol
