Formula is most important right now

10 years ago my daughter started at 3 months and no one mommy shamed me or threw stats in my face for doing so and once Jackson hit 4 months we started him on cereal and by 4.5 he was on food. In all honesty you are the mom so if you feel baby is ready give it a go. If not then wait awhile

I started my other two at 4 months. My oldest is now over weight and the other is always eating.

I delayed for this one and its lucky I did because she had trouble swallowing food.

My pediatrician said it was okay to give my son baby food at 4 months.

But every baby is different so just ask your babies pediatrician just to be in the safe side.

My pediatrician gave us the go at 4 but we waited till 6. If you feel like you are comfortable with it, i day go ahead. My friend was feeding hee daughter grits, mashed mangos, etc, etc at 2 months
