I'm almost 14 weeks pregnant and went toilet and there's light spotting I've had really bad tummy cramps all night but it's been bearable pain.. I was wondering if I'd have to ring my midwife or early pregnancy unit to report it and what would they do?😢

I was same few weeks ago ,went to the hospital and it came out I had urine infection.. Nothing to worry about they gave me some antibiotics and for just a week I felt better..
