Ok mommys i been having BH contractions all day but they are every 5 mins apart an they come an go…

If u feel you can't stand up without shaking or lots of pressure in your vagina go to the hospital

Its more pain for me when i walk

I had them at 34 weeks they were 15 mins apart which when I went to my 35weeks drs appointment I was 1 and a half centimeters dilated the next week 3 the week after 4 went to the hospital they Monday got sent home and my water broke that Thursday morning at 37 and I was dilated 8 centimeters when I made It to the hospital....I would say if you feel like it time go!!

I just sat up an when i got up i saw that i had the bed wet a little

Drink ALOT of water and rest... if they don’t stop and stay consistent overnight I would go in!

No need to worry unless the contractions are regular. I had tooooons of contractions leading up to the big day, but they just came and went. Turns out I was basically dilating 1cm every week and taking care of all the prelabor, before actually going into labor! On induction day I was already 5cm.

When i had them the dr said if you feel your stomach tighten then those are no longer Braxton Hicks it’s real contractions
