Any tips on potty training girls?!?! She literally comes to tell me that she has pooped and drags me…

Try using a reward system. She gets x whenever she pees in the potty. Pooping is harder then peeing, I’ve learned that.

Yes I'm doing the reward system with my son and he goes pee but poop will take longer I was told

@momofboth, like I said I’ll try it lol. She used to wake up dry but now she doesn’t and this morning she was so into the tv that she peed on my bed and then laughed smh.

@momofboth, oh I’m sorry. I wasn’t being smart lol. I apologize if that’s how it seemed. But I think my daughter wakes up dry but she just lays in her bed until I get up so she probably pees while waiting lol

@momofboth, my daughter wakes up at 7am but then she just lays there and sometimes she’ll go to sleep until me or her dad gets up.

@lizzieandvannahmommy, I’m in the works of potty training myself. It’s not easy, but consistency is key. My daughter is completely potty trained WITHOUT a diaper, but if I put one on, all her knowledge flies out the window. It took my daughter maybe 1-2 weeks to get the hang of pooping on the potty.

@theinkedmommy, did you use pull ups? I was told that doesn’t help because it feels like a pamper

@lizzieandvannahmommy, We use pull-ups when we have to leave the house, and we use diapers at night since she has no access to a potty. When we’re home, I put her in big girl panties. She’s finally learned how to pull them up and down herself.

@theinkedmommy, I’m going to give it a try. I just hope I can find some panties in her size cause she’s so itty bitty

@lizzieandvannahmommy, I believe (not 100%) that the smallest is 2t. That’s what my daughter wears. She’s 2 and 28 lbs.

@theinkedmommy, ok good. My daughter wears some 2t clothes and some 3t clothes. So those should work for her too. Thank you so much
