@jaycemommy730 oh sweetheart I wish i knew the magic cure for that lol. I had to kids and after I had my daughter (she just turned 19 months old) i weighed 287lbs. I now weight 165. So after popping out 2 kids 12 months apart in age and dropping 120+ pounds I have so much extra loose skin and a lower belly pooch I'm still working on. My best bet would be a waist trainer on your off days that you don't workout and try planks and lower ab workouts like leg lifts. I've seen a ton of improvement in myself from those (I never waist trained but I wanna lol) but YouTube lower ab workouts. There are some that are only 5 mins and some are 10 and some are longer. I hope this helps

@newlyfitmama, hey how are you ? So I’ve been working out and on a diet for a few months now. I’ve been losing weight but I’m having a hard time losing my stomach at the bottom. Do you think I need a detox tea or a waist trainer?
