I started mine when I was 8 🙃

OK she's 4'11 and 91 lbs so I'm wondering what sz would be good. I go with Always brand and I know they now have numbers as far as pad sizes. Also, she refuses to take pills so what liquid medicine is good for cramps. Just regular Ibuprofen and Tylenol....I was hoping she would have been more in her teens but hey can't stop it lol

I'm a little taller than your daughter but I use always pads. They're thin but absorbent. However I believe they now make sizes for teens let me look

U by kotex makes "tween " sizes

My daughter started at 11 and had it a whole week then it didn’t come back for 6 months. It’s still every 6 months.

I started mine at 10

@girlmom. I just realized I put she's 4'11 lol...I'm 4'11 but she is actually 4'8 so a few inches off. I'm just still in shock
