I took a really hot shower and massaged it kinda hard. Just be warned. It will spray once it’s finally unclogged!

Warm compresses 15 min before you pump! & massage it! Also hot shower

Nurse your ass off, hot compress, massage, pump... you gotta break the clog up by massaging and getting milk to go through it 😬
