Have any of you moms told the doctor that you didn't want your child to get any of the vaccines? What was the doctors reaction?
I have decided to delay my baby’s vaccines. My first son has so many allergic reactions and since he got multiple vaccines at once, we could not pinpoint which one it was that caused the issue.
My doctor has been very understanding and I’m transferring to a new ped office that respects different opinions. It’s really up to you what you do.
@talia.renshaw9 Oh okay. Thanks for sharing that with me mommy. I really do appreciate that information.
You can sometimes get medical or religious exemptions from getting the shots. But in order to enroll your children into most public and private schools you’ll have to show proof of immunization or they won’t allow them in.
@tribe.of.judah I completely understand that boo. I asked her doctor why she got to get the same set of shots two and four and six months old. How long does the shots last? I thought shot supposed to last for up to like a year or so
@leyaniebbhy Okay. So she said that the two shots that she have to get are recommended. I'm going to let them go ahead and give her those two shot, but do you think I should try and tell them after these two shots that I don't want her to get any more vaccines? Or I should go ahead and do that paperwork?
@daddysangel24, I gave my son his shots until about a year old then I didn’t give him anymore
@leyaniebbhy Okay. I just got off the phone with her doctor and she said that two of the shots that she has to get are recommended. So I guess I will have to deal with her getting shots 😩😩😩
@leyaniebbhy Oh okay. So I would have too go too my local health department too get that paper?
@raylalewis7, not at all my brother also has it
