I let my kids sleep on them til they learned how to turn over because they can turn over in their sleep and suffocate if they fall under it during the night. I use them everyday still though. While they are on the bed falling asleep with their bottles and then I love them to their crib without it

Yes a baby can fall sleep on them if used properly. Hell they fall asleep on anything any where at any time lol

I would probably say that it is not safe. I think it says on the pillow not to let baby sleep on it.

My son just started napping on it & he’s 6 months but he just didn’t like it until now . Nothings wrong with it !!
