So I had an idea about Fmla but didn't know if I could at least get some type of paid maternity leave up to 6 weeks if I can at least work the rest of my pregnancy but my job won't let me be great so they are holding every tardiness/Absences against me I'm not even 6 months yet. I'm glad I asked that other corporate lady since my Dm and Sm only goals are to catch me slipping then hand me that Pink slip. I feel like I'm in a battle field at work trying to hold on.. I won't even telly husband yet cause it'll get me too excited about the idea of getting paid after our baby gets here. Maybe I should try to be on Fmla two months prior to my due date?
