Are heat flashes a thing during pregnancy? Or should I be worried? Also, has anyone been so hungry but nothing catches your eye. Like you're so hungry but can't eat anything lol if that makes sense.

Yeah I get heat flashes all the time, it happens more often the further along you get in your pregnancy and usually when I get super hungry but can't find anything appealing to eat, I just drink chocolate milk 😊

I got the flashes starting from like 30 weeks until gave birth, it was horrible at night.

@brossymommaoftwo, it really does, i had my daughter in December and i was still using my ac and fan because of the flashes
