So how exactly does the blood test work for finding out gender ? I’m thinking about asking my doctor to do it in a few weeks cause I can’t wait until 20 weeks specially after my daughter didn’t really expose herself until week 32. They said they thought she was a girl but they couldn’t really be positive until week 32 when she gave a clear visual . I rather do blood test this time around and start early shopping and etc .

@mom13, okay thanks . If not I’ll just have to pay for early gender 3D sono like I did last time around I did it at 13 weeks . And they thought girl too . But it was so expensive and since I have 2 kids now more bills and 2 furry babies . I just don’t have that money to spend

After you ask your insurance you can speak to the doctor about setting it I believe if they cover it I believe

With my son they covered it. My doctor did the blood test at 13 weeks and I got a result within a week and a half, And it was right. At 21 weeks they confirmed it was really a boy

My insurance did not cover the blood test and i did not pay anything check to make sure u may end up not having to pay anything
