My body has been experiencing some mild cramping in the lower abdomen for a few days and this morning it feels like I've been wripped open. I went to my doctor to see what happened and apparently one of my Cysts has ruptured.The doctor told me I should lay down on my side for a while with a hot pad on my hip. I asked about how it would work if it's on my hip not on my stomach. The doctor said that the hot pad would be too hot sitting on my abdomen and that the heat from the hot pad will reach the same spot just slowly increasing the heat so I don't get burned. Apparently I have really sensitive skin too.
