Baby food 6 months. I right start giving her real food til 11 + months

I started at five months with mine. The dr approved it any everything.

We started baby food at 4 months with dr approval. And I give him tastes of what I eat as long as it’s not dairy. He does eat eggs with me though.

4mon with purees n cereal(dr said it was fine to start) round 5.5months we started giving my son everything we ate. both of my kids actually.

I started at 5 and a half months.
