I got 18xyz to the second +12z to the third power

If I remember correctly, 3z^2 would be (3z x 3z). Then you multiply that by what's in the other parentheses, but twice because it's a squared? Gah, math headache!

This is what Google tells me but I don't understand.

I know the top answer is 30 x. But I honestly forgot how to do next variables. But when you just have a simple question like the first one like 5 x * 6X just multiply the numbers and at the same variable. I think the other ones that have one and two step equations so you might want to Google the two step equation with variables and see what comes up.
