So has any moms tried the evening Primrose Capsules? Orally or Vaginal? What was your experience?

I took them orally with my pregnancy, but I didn't see any changes though.

I inserted them vaginally and didn’t notice a change.

Inserted vaginally from 34wks and on ..nothing happend at all I was bummed

@vhutcheson09 The doctor told me to take them to help soften up my cervix but when my water broke my cervix was still closed so the pills really didn't help it all that was a waste of $5 LOL

@daddysangel24 okay see I beeen having bad braxton hicks...I go tomorrow tho...but if I have not efface ima insert lol...cause Im not going all the way to 40 weeks...

It helped me I went into labor 2 days after using them vaginally and orally

@vhutcheson09, talk to your doctor about a membrane sweep. That’s what worked for me. I think they’ll do one at 39 weeks at the earliest. I was 41 weeks and it was the day before my induction! 😵

@lulu85_18 yea I had that done with my 1st one done at 40 weeks and he came at 40 weeks and 3 days. .but wanted to try something else

@vhutcheson09, 40 weeks lol I was long over do but I tried everything primerose oil was finally the last thing I tried lol
