Your SO, comes before any friend. If she’s disrespectful towards you, he should shut that shit down. It’s shows where his loyalty is I feel. I fought with my SO because I had a similar situation. I told him don’t bother choosing, I’ll choose because any man that I’m with doesn’t respect my wishes , especially when it’s about that, shows me where I need to be.

When I had that problem I snapped on both of them & then told him I didn’t want him talking to her & told every reason why but it was his choice to make & then when she found out we weren’t splitting up she made the decision to not be friends with him. But it was made very clear that her disrespecting me was beyond wrong & him allowing it made him just as disrespectful & in the wrong as she was, it doesn’t matter if he knew her longer than me or not I’m his wife I rule over all. Gotta stand your ground & not let them get away with it. If someone’s not giving you respect then demand it. & you always have to watch those girls, most of them are bad & are only out to ruin your relationship.

My husband and I have a rule. No bad mouthing each other to friends, coworkers etc. It’s disrespectful and unnecessary. We talk about things going on in our lives but no bad mouthing.
