@jillianhughes1982, I would def mention it to them. I never heard of it until I described what I was feeling and they told me it could be potentially dangerous to the baby, if the results show positive and my levels are high enough they want to do nst tests twice a week, prescribe meds and possibly induce around 37 weeks. And it goes away after birth. I don’t want to scare you though, but better safe and if you feel something is wrong definitely bring it to their attention!
I was dealing with the same thing not to long ago, go to the vitamin shop and get yourself "grandpa pine tar soap" no joke this stuff helped me out alot with the itching, i was itchy so bad i was itching myself raw and made myself bleed. i still use that soap to this day to keep the itching away, it has a weird smell but it works

I’ve been the same way last few weeks, my OB did blood work for ICP, and should have the results on Wednesday.
