After my little girl i didnt have my first period till after i stopped breastfeeding. X.X

Long very heavy and awful cramps. But by my second period I was back to my normal regular cycle even ovulating on the same cycle day each month

Mine was quite light but I was having cramps and clots which I never had before and it lasted for like over a week

Mine was AWFUL. Bad cramps, heavy bleeding, lots of clots. But after that, I've had no cramps which never happened before.

Didn’t have one until 16 months PP when I got on hormonal bc. It came back normal and not to heavy.

I know everyone’s different but I just wondered because what I assume was my first period since delivery was two instances of very light spotting on toilet paper across 3 days and then one full day of light to moderate flow and then basically nothing.

Before this pregnancy my periods were pretty regular, not bad PMS symptoms & lasted 4-5ish days with moderate flow but the most uncomfortable and heavy bleeding occurring on the 2nd day.

& on what I assumed to be the 2nd day of period had no bleeding and could’ve completely gone without a pad period.

I have had mild cramps & super craving for chocolatey sweets about a week leading up to my 1 full day of flow.

I just feel like only 1 day is so odd.

@carathecoolcat it's because all your hormones are getting back to normal there all over the place at the moment mine didn't go back to normal for nearly 3 months after having my daughter

Your periods won't be normal for a while. Mine are like clockwork but the flow is different every time.
