This experience is just getting worse. I called today to make an apt with my midwife. Just to get checked, make sure my levels are dropping, and make sure everything is okay. Well i explained to the receptionist what was going on and she got a nurse to come to the phone whose name is Cindy. Well she doesn't even ask whats going on. She asks for my info first off. Which is fine... She then tells me theyve never really had me as a patient. Mind you, I've had two healthy babies at their hospital. The 1st was delivered by one of their head OB/GYN's. The 2nd by a midwife. So I correct her.... WHICH APPARENTLY WAS THE WRONG THING TO DO...... because this asshole yells at me! Yes, freaking yells at me! "Whoa whoa you need to calm down. Youre not going to talk to me like that and be rude to me on this phone. I'm just trying to figure out who you are and what you want. You don't talk to me like that". 😲😳😶 Yall... all I literally said was (for the 2nd time during the convo) Yes, I have been a patient there. I have had two babies and used your office. THAT'S IT!! I wasn't even being smart or getting an attitude. 😢😭 like losing this pregnancy sucks enough without the people who are supposed to help me yelling at me instead. Needless to say, I reported her behind. I am so angry...
