Not sure how far I am in pregnancy, definitely early though. Had an ultra sound and they seen the sac but no yolk. They said it could mean I’m just early like 3-4 weeks and it hasn’t formed yet. But I’m freaking out big time. Any advise of this happen to anyone???

@kay201 i had a gestational sac too and my levels were slowly going up but there was just nothing in there i didnt start bleeding or having pain until i felt something rip inside me and i had a miscarriage idk tho everyone is different but this was my experience. I think on my profile i might have a pic of my ultrasound when i had my chemical pregnancy
@just.dulce, I have a gestational sac. My hcg levels are 9000 but no yolk visible yet. No pain or bleeding either
Me too. I had alot of positive pregnancy test but nothing showed up on the scans like @jayceestokes_21916 said, it was a chemical pregnancy
@emileemoreland5, oh god! Twins! I mean that would be a blessing for sure but still doesn’t explain why my yolk wasn’t visible yet or a fetal pole. Unless like your saying twins because high levels and no visibility due to being earl
