I couldn't keep anything down, I lost so much weight during the first trimester. I tried everything teas, candies, gingerale, crackers even gravol and nothing worked. The doctor prescribed me diclectin and it helped me so much but I noticed it worked best when you take it as soon as you wake up before you even feel the nausea coming.

I know that feeling. Hang in there! Try crackers or peanutbutter and toast

@segreto46 that's what I've been trying, but every time I pick up a cracker it's like the wave hits me 10x harder 😕😕

@rainbowbaby1029 have you tried ginger gravol? Thats safe to take. There is also something a doctor can prescribe for the nausea as well

For sure ask your doctor for the anti nausea pills .. I had to take them in my 1st pregnancy.

Nausea during pregnancy is the worst. I had it for the whole 9 months! And I would throw up in public all the time it was awful :(
