Drinking me a caramel frapee and gonna clean the house up good once it gives me some energy lol. Hopefully the rentman comes and fixes these floors before one of us fall through. So many soft spots in the floors smh. My brother told them about it last monday and they've yet to come fix anything. It's been like this since my sis rented the place last year. They only came and fixed my bathroom floor, my lil brothers room and part of the kitchen and said they'd be back and haven't in months. Have a huge soft spot in the kitchen, at our dryer, and water heater. And in my brothers bathroom has two big spots. And my lil brothers has another soft spot at his vent. Like can we sue them for not fixing stuff?
