My husband jokes about Sawyer having a lisp....I guess he does make the “s” sound like “th” but does this truly mean he’s gonna have a lisp growing up? Anyone have experience with this?

He can grow out of it with age. Doesn't mean he will but he can. Lisps are cutee

Nope it doesn’t, my daughter was the same but it’s getting better each day. Therapist told us it’s just her learning to pronounce words
