Planning for another hike tomorrow 😆 im a total nature junkie. Setting an example for our kids is so important... exercise & explore nature with your kids! It’s amazing for their development, and good for your health too! Put the iPads away and pull some books out. Play with your kids, engage with them! I see too many kids on iPads and it makes me sad. A lot of parents don’t seem to care which worries me. Less screen time more active time! 🤗💕🌿🌼🌞🧗🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️
