What Should I Do About My Brother's Alleged Pregnancy Drama?

You can get a dna test at Walmart. They send it to a lab and send it back. I don’t think the state would be able to use that info ? But the baby would have to be here for that.

@toshagager it's different here in NY, I've had state assistance with insurance and benefits and they only asked if I wanted to claim child support and at the time I said no so they never bothered my son's father for it until I decided to go for it but@lghnnsmnr231 I would try to convince her to take a dna test and if she refuses then I'd block her just like your mom and brother did... I mean she could also be refusing a test because he may actually not be the father and she may just want to say he is either because she doesn't want the real father to be involved or she wants to trap your brother.. Some women can be shady as hell and we all know that

But my whoke check is gone and i just gir paid Thursday from tryinf to help this girl. And she hasnt even told me thank you. She just keeps telling me to talk to my brother about her. I really hope i did not get played

@toshagager no. But she cant afford a dna test . With her insurance its 2,000 she has tricare. So she would have to go through the state to be abke to afford the dna test and she wont

Do the moms receive state help if not I dontn know how they have a right to get involved

@toshagager yeah ill talk to her. My mom is not really the best source.she is going to stand bwhind my brother no matter what. My mom was mad when i got pregnant young because it hurt "our familys name and face ". Its a all around fucked up situation. I just feel like im stuck in the middle. Smh

I have seen moms beg for this state not to put the kids dad on child support. They do it automatically. And if they cant afford it they go to jail, get on work release and their whole check goes to child support. North carolina dont play about cs

In the statw of north catolina the state automatically goes after child support

And i have spwnt over $300 on baby stuff today. And told her if he isnt a lart of thr babies life i will help her. And she is like well i feel like the baby is just hindering mine and joshs relationship. Like she dont even care abkut thr baby. She is more worried abkut my brother wanting to date her

I’m no lawyer so don’t quote me, but unless she’s receiving benefits for the child when it’s born, the government *may not* go after him over a DNA test.

There's nothing u really can do if she's pregnant then she needs to grow up if ur brother is the father he needs to grow up all I can really do is offer her some support but if she receives state help or will receive it they will demand to know who the father is and if she don't give up the info they will cut her off

I'd sit down and talk to your brother, if she really is pregnant with his kid then he needs to take responsibility and I don't think state can just go after him for child support unless she files for it and goes through court...
