Some days Faye just picks at food then others she eats like there's no tomorrow aha, today's she's had a full bowl of cereal, some fruit, some toast, some crisps, more fruit, a chicken and veg stir-fry, a yoghurt, now she's eating sausages with mushy peas, gravy and a hash brown aha. 🐷😂

McKenzie is like that, some days he'll eat non stop all day, then there's Day where he won't even finish one full meal! I used to get so panicky about it but I just think if he's hungry he'll eat it xx

@mckenziesmummy Yea I was abit panicky but that's true, on Tue days where she's hardly eating she mustn't be hungry or she would eat it. Xxx

My SIL shouted at me the other day because I said I get so panicked when Zaid doesn't eat. And what she said resonated, she was like, are you the same level of hungry every day? On some days aren't you craving more food and some days you don't feel like eating at all? So why expect your child to eat the same amount every day. That was a little light bulb for me! It still stresses me out lool but now I just remind myself that he is human.
