@rachaellw It's not that I've even been contracting and it's not that. I'm stuck in a room with someone who's snore is like an earthquake 😭😭 They tell you to get as much rest as you can but how am I ment to sleep when someone's making the noises of a freight train right next to me.. xx
@megan-leigh, 🤣 should of took some ear defenders. Just try and relax. Have you got any head phones? Watch something ok your phone and drift off to sleep? Or ask the nurse to move her. I find my If my oh sleeps on his back he snores so bad x
@jade23696 I'm in a room with inconsiderate people as well... One women was moaning dead loud at 2 am saying the pain was too much and she needed pain relief. She was asleep 2 minutes later and can't of been that much pain to keep everyone awake at that time because she was dead calm. I was in pain but I didn't fuss about it because there's other ladies who need sleep too xx

I could never sleep when in hosptial. Try and get some headphones & music to drown anyone out. Cushions from home as well.
